• The deadline to submit this information and to receive your 2026 T2202 is: February 12, 2027.
• This form is for students who have made an expenditure with Gevorg CPA in 2026.
• You must fill out this form for EACH year that you require a T2202 – we do NOT store any of your information from prior years. 

If you fill in this information, but your expenditure was made in 2025, you will not be issued a T2202.
